Job summary

ESR Group is seeking a Development Analyst in Melbourne to support its national development business. You will prepare feasibility analyses and cash flow models, deliver investor reporting, budgets and reforecasts, and collaborate with Development, Funds Management and Finance teams.

The role emphasizes improving data quality, systems, and processes, with a focus on AI-enabled ways of working and continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Property, Finance, Commerce, Economics or related discipline.
• 2+ years' relevant experience in development, property or finance.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with advanced Excel capability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain and review development feasibilities, cash flow models and scenario analysis to support investment and development decisions.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, including investor reports, budgets and reforecasts.
• Partner with Development, Funds Management and Finance teams to evaluate development opportunities, leasing outcomes and project performance.
• Manage and enhance development databases, financial models and reporting tools to improve data quality and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and leverage technology, automation and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.
