Job summary

ESR Group is seeking a Development Analyst to support its national development business from Melbourne, with hybrid work arrangements. You will contribute to feasibility modelling, cash flow analysis and reporting across a diversified development pipeline.

You will collaborate with Development, Funds Management and Finance teams, delivering investor-ready reporting and insights while exploring opportunities to streamline processes using technology and AI for better decision-making.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in property, finance or real assets
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with advanced Excel
• Commercially astute and able to interpret complex financial data
• Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to manage priorities
• Curious and proactive with an interest in technology and AI-enabled work

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain and review development feasibilities, cash flow models and scenario analysis
• Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, including investor reports, budgets and reforecasts
• Partner with Development, Funds Management and Finance teams to evaluate opportunities and project performance
• Manage and enhance development databases, financial models and reporting tools
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and leverage technology and AI tools
