Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking a Delivery Support Specialist to join the Logistics team in Northmead, NSW, on a 12-month secondment. The role offers a hybrid model blending remote work with in-office collaboration and operational engagement.

You will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, handling phone, email and live chat, coordinating delivery outcomes and resolving issues in close partnership with State Transport and Sales teams to ensure a positive customer

Qualifications

• Experience across customer service, logistics, transport, and supply chain in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer-centric approach and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritise, adapt to changing needs, and manage multiple tasks.
• No prior logistics experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for delivery enquiries via phone, email and live chat.
• Provide order updates and resolve delivery-related issues with transport partners and internal teams.
• Coordinate delivery outcomes and manage exceptions to minimise customer impact.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with State Transport, Sales and customers to support delivery performance.
• Identify process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
