Job summary

Pernod Ricard is seeking a Data Reporting Analyst to ensure data accuracy and governance across customer, product and wholesaler depletion data. You will manage master data, support BI reporting and collaborate with stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions.

The role involves maintaining JD Edwards and MDM alignment, handling data changes, and supporting UAT, training and change activities within a hybrid Barangaroo office setup.

Qualifications

• Experience with master data management and data governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high detail orientation.
• Advanced Excel with Pivot Tables, Power Query and data reconciliation techniques.
• Experience with Power BI reporting and cross-system data alignment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer and product master data across MDM and Onespot.
• Process changes to master data and hierarchy per governance standards.
• Liaise between stakeholders and BI teams to support reporting needs.
• Align JD Edwards (E1) and MDM data, reconcile interfaces, investigate issues.
• Support banner management, project delivery, testing and UAT activities.
