Job summary

Macquarie Group seeks a Data Analyst to transform data into meaningful insights that support business growth and informed decision-making. You will develop reporting and visualisations, identify trends, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver practical solutions that address business needs.

You will also lead projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring outcomes align with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

3+ years’ experience in data analysis, business intelligence, process improvement, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience validating and analysing data from multiple sources.
Proven ability to present complex data clearly using Power BI/Excel.
Experience managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience identifying and implementing process improvements, ideally with automation or AI tools.
