Job summary

Altis Consulting is seeking a dynamic Managing Consultant to lead Data & Analytics projects, guiding teams through all development phases to deliver high-quality business solutions. You will translate complex requirements into data-driven outcomes and mentor junior colleagues.

Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years in consulting/IT with experience in Data & Analytics tools, Data Bricks, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). Hybrid work and competitive salary offered.

Qualifications

• Experience linking business requirements to DW/BI/Analytics solutions.
• Data integration from diverse sources and ETL design.
• Data modelling and data ingestion skills.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS or Azure)
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Background in consulting and professional services.
• IT-related degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years of consulting/implementation experience.
• 5–7 years of IT experience.
• 5+ years leading data and analytics tools.
• 5+ years delivering client-facing projects.
• Experience with Data Bricks is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Data & Analytics projects on time and within scope.
• Design and develop high-quality business and technical solutions to improve performance.
• Provide technical and team leadership to small/medium project teams.
• Mentor junior team members and foster collaboration.
• Build robust data pipelines and ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Assist in proposals, identify opportunities, and support growth.
