You will mentor junior consultants, craft data pipelines, and help shape proposals while staying ahead of technology and industry trends in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience linking business requirements into Data Warehouse, BI and Analytics solutions.
• Data integration from multiple sources and ETL design.
• Strong data modelling and ingestion capabilities.
• Cloud technologies (AWS or Azure) desirable.
• 5–7 years of consulting and implementation experience.
• 5+ years leading data & analytics tools.
• 5+ years delivering projects in a client-facing environment.
• Databricks experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Data & Analytics projects on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.
• Design and develop high-quality business and technical solutions that improve performance.
• Take ownership of your work with autonomy, accountability, and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Translate complex requirements into clear Data & Analytics solutions for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to bring fresh thinking to projects.
• Lead small to medium project teams and provide technical and team leadership.
• Coach and mentor junior team members to help them grow.
