Job summary

Altis Consulting is seeking a dynamic Managing Consultant to lead Data & Analytics projects, designing high-quality business and technical solutions that create value and improve performance for clients. You will guide teams, translate complex needs into actionable analytics, and stay ahead of industry trends while mentoring junior members.

With 5–7 years in consulting and a strong IT background, you will drive data pipelines, leverage Databricks skills, and contribute to proposals to support

Qualifications

• Experience leading Data & Analytics projects and delivering client solutions.
• Ability to translate business needs into data solutions and analytics.
• Experience delivering projects in a client-facing environment.
• Background in consulting and professional services.
• Tertiary qualification in an IT-related subject, or relevant work experience.
• 5-7 years of consulting and implementation experience.
• 5-7 years broad IT experience.
• 5+ years experience of leading data & analytics tools.
• 5+ years delivering projects in a client facing environment.
• Experience using Data Bricks is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Data & Analytics projects on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.
• Design and develop high-quality business and technical solutions that improve performance and unlock opportunities for our clients.
• Take ownership of your work, bringing autonomy, accountability, and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Translate complex requirements into clear, effective Data & Analytics solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay ahead of industry, technology, and methodology trends to bring fresh thinking to every project.
• Lead small to medium project teams, providing both technical and team leadership.
• Coach and mentor junior team members to help them grow and succeed.
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines, implement data engineering solutions, and ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Contribute to proposals, identify new opportunities, and support Altis’ growth.
• Help develop and refine Altis methodologies and project collateral.
