Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years in product analytics, business analysis, data analysis or a similar role.
• Strong SQL and comfort with data visualisation and analytics tools.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to work faster, and curiosity about building with agents.
• Experience building business cases or measuring outcomes, with confidence in the numbers.
• Clear communication, and the ability to turn data into a story that drives decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build value cases for new initiatives, with clear baselines and measurable outcomes.
• Track adoption, usage and business impact of the data products, agents and processes we ship, and share insights with the team and stakeholders.
• Design and run experiments and evaluations to learn what works and where to invest next.
• Maintain and prioritise the backlog with the Product Lead, turning ideas into well-defined, ready-to-build work.
• Define acceptance criteria and success measures with engineers, and confirm outcomes once work is live.
• Gather feedback from users across the business and turn it into improvements.
• Use AI tools to automate your own analysis and reporting, and help others across the company do the same.
