Sharon AI, Inc in Sydney, Australia, is building a small, hands-on Data & AI team to turn data and AI into outcomes for the business. You will turn business opportunities into clear value cases, track adoption and outcomes, and work closely with the Data & AI Product Lead and engineers, staying hands-on with data and AI tools daily.

• 3 to 6 years in product analytics, business analysis, data analysis or a similar role.
• Strong SQL and comfort with data visualisation and analytics tools.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to work faster, and curiosity about building with agents.
• Experience building business cases or measuring outcomes, with confidence in the numbers.
• Clear communication, and the ability to turn data into a story that drives decisions.

About the Data & AI team

We are building a small, hands-on team that makes Sharon AI faster and right the first time. Our job is to turn data and AI into outcomes the business can feel: bringing world-class AI capacity to customers faster, running the business with precision at scale, and getting things right early, when it counts most.

The Role

You make sure what we build delivers. You turn business opportunities into clear value cases, track adoption and outcomes, and use evidence to shape what the team builds next. You work closely with the Data & AI Product Lead and the engineers, and you are hands-on with data and AI tools every day.
