Job summary

Beyond Bank Australia is seeking a Cyber Security Risk Manager to lead and shape our security program. You will design, implement, and maintain controls aligned to NIST CSF 2.0, develop policies, run risk assessments, and advise on control levels in line with our risk appetite.

The role emphasizes driving ISMS adoption, defining testing methods, and automating validation. You will deliver dashboards and reports for technical teams, executives, and the Board in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership of technical teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, and Azure cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT security operations per governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with staff on security assessments and risk management.
• Analyze information management processes to identify security risks.
• Assess and report risks of IT infrastructure and emerging technologies.
• Oversee third-party risk assurance and vendor compliance.
