Job summary

Beyond Bank Australia seeks a Cyber Security Risk Manager to design, implement, and maintain security controls aligned to NIST CSF 2.0 and leading frameworks. You will drive ISMS adoption, write controls, define testing methods, and automate validation, delivering dashboards for technical teams, executives and the Board.

You will lead IT security operations, assess risks and collaborate across staff to translate complex security concepts into practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of high‑performing technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven commercial and contract negotiation skills.
• Exposure to Jira, ServiceNow and cloud services like Azure.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day IT security operations and governance.
• Collaborate to produce security assessments and remediation plans.
• Analyze information management processes to identify security exposure.
• Assess and report risks for IT infrastructure and emerging tech.
• Oversee third‑party risk assurance and vendor security compliance.
