Junior Adventures Group is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant in Australia (Victoria) to join a hybrid, full-time team on a 6-month contract. You will be the first point of contact for families, handling bookings, enrolments, billing and Child Care Subsidy inquiries, guiding families through complex cases while delivering outstanding service.

The role involves mixed channels (phone, email, online chat) and flexible rostered work-from-home opportunities, with training in-office at the start

Formación

• Experience in contact centre or service roles.
• Ability to handle billing, subsidy enquiries.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work across multiple systems.

Responsabilidades

• Assist families with billing, payments, bookings and subsidy enquiries.
• Respond to calls, emails and online chat enquiries.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues; maintain accurate records across systems.
• Deliver a positive customer experience on every interaction.
