Job summary

Hellios Information PTY Limited, based in Brisbane, seeks a Customer Support Advisor to deliver excellent first-line service, validate questionnaires, and manage customer data. You will handle inbound and high-volume outbound calls to supplier customers, log records in the CRM, and assist with subscription payments while aiming to meet personal targets.

Qualifications

• Education to degree level or equivalent (preferable).
• Highest accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Detailed working knowledge of Excel (intermediate level).
• Good knowledge of other MS Office applications.
• Articulate with a confident telephone manner.
• Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to provide excellent customer service at all times.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line support and build strong relationships with customers.
• Log and update customer records and questionnaire status.
• Process fee payments for new and renewing customers.
• Be proficient with the validation process in the business system.
• Escalate issues to Operations Manager or Country Manager.
• Identify ways to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Participate in team meetings and meet personal targets.
• Handle high volumes of calls and document outcomes in the CRM.
• Explain benefits and processes involved to complete online questionnaires.
