Job summary

SAP SE in Brisbane launches the SAP Academy for Customer Success, a three-year development path starting with a 10-month learn-apply program and moving into a direct CSM role. This hybrid position offers full-time employment from day one and exposure to global customer networks within SAP SuccessFactors.

You will work with customers to guide their journey, build value, and collaborate across teams while growing in AI-enabled business solutions and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience supporting customers
• Experience in consulting or account management
• Ability to deliver strategic guidance and drive value
• Cooperative and productive in teams
• Fast learner in a changing environment
• Understanding of AI fundamentals and ethics
• Strong business acumen and process knowledge
• Proficient English for a global network
• Awareness of AI focus areas

Responsibilities

• Complete a 10-month learn-apply program with classroom and field phases
• Learn digital transformation, AI, and strategy/tools
• Enhance skills in managing customer retention and value realization
• Receive onboarding and mentoring by a senior CSM
