Job summary

BaptistCare NSW/ACT - Aged Care in Bendigo is hiring a Customer Service Support role. You will be the first point of contact for our Support at home package customers, handling phone and email inquiries and performing essential admin tasks.

The role involves liaising daily with customers to support care plans, processing progress notes, purchase orders, service requests, and coordinating with suppliers. A hybrid work arrangement and competitive salary are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar, phone-based role with high volume of incoming calls and experience in problem solving.
• Experience in Aged Care sector will be highly regarded.
• Qualification in Office Admin /Support or qualified by relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email to Support at home package customers and private fee-for-service customers.
• Liaise with Baptistcare customers daily to provide admin support for customer ‘care plans’.
• Daily administration: completing customer progress notes, Completing Purchase Orders and Service Requests, liaising with external suppliers to arrange quotes and confirm delivery of goods purchased.
