BaptistCare NSW & ACT in Geelong is seeking a Customer Service Support to be the first point of contact for Home Care Package services. You will manage service schedules, budgets, coordinate services for clients, and process invoices.

This permanent full-time role requires a minimum of two years in phone-based, high-volume customer service, preferably in aged care, plus an Office Admin/Support qualification or relevant experience. The team offers competitive salary and salary packaging benefits.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years in a similar, phone-based role with high-volume calls.
• Experience in the Aged Care sector is highly regarded.
• Office Admin / Support qualification or relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide internal and external customer service via telephone to Home Care Package customers & private fee-for-service customers.
• Liaise with Baptistcare customers daily to provide admin support for customer care plans.
• Daily administration: updating customer notes, budgets, schedules, invoices.
• Month-end reports.
