Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and emails with urgency and empathy.
• Answer policy questions and help customers feel confident about their life insurance decisions.
• Support customers through difficult conversations with compassion.
• Provide accurate, helpful information while following scripted conversations.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions to ensure continuity of care.
• Work toward team KPIs including answering 90% of calls within 20 seconds.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with products and compliance standards.
• Contribute to the company's supportive team culture where everyone is valued.
