Job summary

General Mills Australia is seeking a proactive Customer Delivery Lead for a 12-month fixed-term role based in Mt Waverley, VIC. You will oversee order fulfilment across temperature channels and local transport, ensuring high DIFOT while balancing efficiency and cost.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer service, order management or supply chain/logistics, FMCG preferred.
• Experience coordinating order fulfilment, logistics processes, 3PLs and stakeholders.
• Track record of working on operational projects, transitions and tenders.
• People leadership is desirable; SAP and Road Runner experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end order fulfilment across channels and customers with DIFOT targets.
• Oversee local transport execution, including planning, invoicing and cost trade-offs.
• Track and improve Customer Service KPIs, root cause analysis and claims.
• Build relationships with customers, 3PLs and internal teams to balance service and cost.
• Use data to simplify processes and drive digitalisation in CS and Logistics.
• Act as key contact for transitions, tenders and ad-hoc projects.
