Job summary

LeasePLUS Group in Melbourne is seeking a customer service professional for a first-line support role. You will handle inbound inquiries, guide clients through salary packaging and leasing journeys, and ensure accurate record-keeping in a collaborative, process-driven environment.

You will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will handle inbound enquiries, resolve issues, and guide customers through their leasing and salary packaging journey.
