Ambulance Victoria is seeking a Contract Management & Supplier Governance Advisor to lead contract governance, manage the contract register, and deliver insights for decision making. The role supports the Procurement and Commercial Department and works across stakeholders to ensure compliant, high-quality contract processes.

The position is full-time with a hybrid working model; you will be based at AV headquarters in Blackburn (Doncaster site) with some WFH.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract governance, systems and processes.
• Experience managing contract registers and contract management systems.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain contract register and contract management system.
• Prepare high-quality reporting, analytics and insights to support decision making.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive best-practice contract management.
• Support contract and supplier governance activities, including monitoring performance and risk.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of frameworks, processes and governance practices.
