Job summary

Ambulance Victoria is seeking a Contract Management & Supplier Governance Advisor to lead contract governance, manage the contract register, and deliver insights for decision making. The role supports the Procurement and Commercial Department and works across stakeholders to ensure compliant, high-quality contract processes.

The position is full-time with a hybrid working model; you will be based at AV headquarters in Blackburn (Doncaster site) with some WFH.

We are seeking a Contract Management & Supplier Governance Advisor to provide contract and supplier governance by managing contract systems, reporting and insights for our Procurement and Commercial Department. This is a full-time, ongoing position. While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at our headquarters in Blackburn (soon to be Doncaster) in line with our hybrid working model.

About the role

• Sound understanding of governance, commercial and legislative requirements relevant to contract and supplier management
• Demonstrated analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations
