Job summary

Ambulance Victoria is seeking a Contract Management & Supplier Governance Advisor to lead contract governance, manage the contract register and reporting, and strengthen governance across procurement. The role is full-time with hybrid work arrangements and requires a degree or relevant certification, plus contract management experience.

The position is based at AV’s Blackburn headquarters with future Doncaster alignment.

Qualifications

• Degree or relevant industry certification required.
• Experience in contract management governance and systems.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain contract register and contract management system
• Prepare high-quality reporting, analytics and insights to support decision making
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive best-practice contract management
• Support contract and supplier governance activities, including monitoring performance and risk
• Contribute to continuous improvement of frameworks, processes and governance practices
