In this role, you'll:

Working as part of a team delivering commercial and contractual management across the NSW Motorways portfolio, ensuring best practice contract lifecycle management, services contract relationship management, contract compliance, risk mitigation and service delivery outcomes.

This role will see you drive commercial and contractual arrangements, provide specialist contract management advice, support negotiations and contract variations, manage strategic contracts relationships, contribute to commercial engagements and tenders, lead projects and initiatives, and develop leading-edge contract management processes to optimise supplier performance and contract compliance.

You will lead innovative commercial outcomes, efficiencies, risk mitigation and service improvements in a complex and evolving transport infrastructure environment with diverse stakeholder needs, competing priorities and ongoing organisational change.

This is a temporary full time role for up to 12 months with hybrid ways of working and based at Sydney CBD with flexible work practices subject to business requirements.

Your commercial acumen, contract management expertise, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills formed across transport infrastructure, procurement, contract management, commercial, project delivery or related sectors will see you excel in managing complex contractual relationships, resolving commercial issues, driving operational improvements and delivering high performance, cost-effective and quality outcomes to lead to improved supplier performance, contract compliance, reduced risk and successful service delivery outcomes.

You’re recognized as a trusted commercial specialist and strategic advisor, skilled at negotiating commercial arrangements, managing complex contracts and influencing stakeholders, experienced in contract management, supplier relationship management, process improvement, commercial negotiations and working within complex organisational environments.
