Job summary

Ofload is seeking a Commercial Analyst to drive revenue growth and protect margin within our marketplace. You will own Issues & Claims, quantify pricing opportunities, and work across Finance, Operations, Product and Sales to embed data-driven decision making.

This hands-on role requires strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, cross-functional influence, and a track record in pricing or revenue operations within a tech-enabled logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering commercial or pricing outcomes in a similar role.
• Experience in a tech scale-up, logistics, marketplace or other high-growth business is preferred.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and ability to build models from scratch.
• Ability to turn a spreadsheet into a story people act on.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Issues & Claims handling with quick, accurate resolution.
• Set and maintain documentation standards for coding and approvals; escalate complex cases.
• Manage off-platform Issues & Claims to create revenue opportunities.
• Partner with Product to prioritise features that strengthen pricing capability.
• Move manual off-platform processes onto the core platform.
• Create templates, checklists and workflows to cut rework; improve efficiency.
• Work with Finance on charging, credits, accruals and disputes.
• Provide data and precedent to Sales for pricing negotiations.
• Build processes to keep rate cards and invoices accurate.
