Job summary

Sidekicker is hiring a Client Services Consultant in Melbourne to support our Tech + Corporate team. This 1-month contract role offers hybrid work with 50% on-site in Cremorne and a pay rate of $37.50 per hour plus super.

You will work with major clients to understand workforce needs, run recruitment drives, screen candidates, onboard, and maintain client communications while ensuring timely delivery and strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Run recruitment drives through our key channels.
• Screen candidates and assess their suitability for the roles we are hiring for.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks to ensure all Sidekicks are ready to work.
• Onboard candidates to the platform and getting them ‘work ready’.
• Assist Sidekicks with the onboarding and profile completion process by providing phone support including training on our platform.
• Manage and run the day-to-day running of client recruitment drives and scheduling.
• Craft and send appropriate communications to Sidekicks.
• Updating and maintaining internal databases.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work closely with our clients to understand their workforce needs using our market-leading platform and recruitment tools to support our clients with large recruitment drives across Australia.
• This is a varied and fast-paced role, where you must think on your feet and provide solutions to our customers.
• Be an active participant in team meetings and 1:1s.
• Actively participate in team retrospective workshops.
