icare in NSW is seeking a Client Advisor in CTP Care to manage a portfolio of treatment and care claims, supporting recovery goals and independence for people with significant injuries. You will review medical and claims information, determine appropriate treatment and care within legislative and financial delegations, and coordinate services with health professionals, insurers and service providers.

Qualifications

• At least three years' experience in personal injury claims.
• Experience identifying, reviewing and coordinating services for people with chronic injury or disability.
• Ability to interpret complex information and make decisions in a legislated environment.

• Manage a portfolio of treatment and care claims and identify ongoing needs and risks.
• Review medical and claims information to determine appropriate treatment and care.
