Job summary

The Essential Services Commission is Victoria's independent economic regulator for essential services. The Change Lead will drive change planning and implementation for the Victorian Energy Upgrades transformation program, based in Melbourne with hybrid work options.

This 12-month fixed-term position involves working with program leads and stakeholders to deliver change plans, engagement, training and readiness activities to ensure successful adoption of changes across the VEU division.

Responsibilities

• Leading and delivering change activities to support transformation initiatives across the VEU division.
• Collaborating with program leads, subject matter experts and business stakeholders to assess change impacts and develop fit-for-purpose change plans.
• Developing and delivering stakeholder engagement, communication and training activities to support successful implementation and adoption.
• Supporting business readiness and implementation activities, including transition planning, impact assessments, and post-implementation follow-up.
• Identifying and managing change risks, issues and dependencies, and aligning change activities within broader program delivery.
• Preparing practical change materials, monitoring progress and feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement in change approaches and tools.
