Job summary

The Moir Group is partnering with a purpose-driven organisation to appoint a Chief Financial Officer to join its Executive Leadership Team in Sydney. This role combines finance, technology, risk, strategy and organisational transformation to shape the organisation's future.

Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will provide strategic commercial advice to the Board, drive performance, controls and governance, and lead a hands-on, technology-enabled finance function in a high-impact, community-focused

Qualifications

CA/CPA qualified finance leader with strong commercial judgement.
Experience across finance leadership, strategy, risk and transformation.
Hands-on, technology-savvy leader who can move between detail and strategy.

Responsibilities

Lead the Finance function including financial management, reporting, budgeting and controls.
Partner with the CEO, Executive Team and Board to provide strategic advice.
Develop and implement corporate strategy, business plans and organisational frameworks.
Lead risk management and maintain governance framework.
Oversee technology and identify opportunities to improve systems and efficiency.
Drive business transformation and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Prepare high-quality Board papers, analysis and recommendations.
Lead and develop a high-performing team.
