Job summary

HomeMade Inc. is seeking a Business and Process Analyst to help older Australians live the life they want by leading requirements gathering and supporting delivery planning and implementation of key initiatives from the Continuous Improvement Plan.

You will partner with Product, Tech and external suppliers on testing and rollout, coordinate training, and manage stakeholder communications to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business and process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to map current and future-state processes and assess impacts.
• Coordinate testing, rollout, and trainings for changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to analyse, design and improve HomeMade’s operational processes and technology, identifying productivity and cost-saving opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather and document business and process requirements, assess risks and impacts, and map current and future-state processes.
• Develop and manage project delivery plans, including milestones, timelines, and leadership reporting.
• Coordinate training, coaching and communications for internal teams and customers ahead of changes.
• Support ad hoc operational initiatives, including documentation updates and user acceptance testing.
