Job summary

HomeMade, part of the Attain Healthtech Group, is seeking a Business and Process Analyst to lead requirements gathering and support delivery planning for key short-term improvements prioritised from the Continuous Improvement Plan.

You will partner with Product, Tech and Operations, map current and future-state processes, drive testing and rollout, and ensure solutions align with Aged Care regulations and HomeMade policies while guiding internal teams and customers through change.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in a technical project role.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent time-management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to analyse and improve operational processes and technology.
• Gather and document business and process requirements with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project delivery plans with milestones and reporting.
• Coordinate training and communications for internal teams and customers.
• Ensure solutions align with regulatory requirements and policies.
