Job summary

Connexus Recruitment Pty is assisting a Tier 1 global engineering firm build out a new Buildings division in Sydney. We are seeking a Building Services BIM Modeller with capability to model electrical, mechanical, hydraulic or fire systems.

Australian permanent residency or citizenship is required, sponsorship not available. The role focuses on buildings around large-scale infrastructure projects, offering a hybrid work arrangement and a flexible, performance-based culture that rewards merit

Qualifications

• Experience in BIM modelling for building services projects.
• Ability to coordinate BIM models with engineers and other disciplines.
• Strong understanding of building services disciplines (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, fire).

Responsibilities

• Model electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or fire systems in BIM.
• Coordinate models with engineers and other disciplines to ensure clash-free designs.
• Contribute to the Building Services BIM Modeller tasks within the Sydney office.
