Job summary

Housing Australia is seeking an Associate Director, Product and Portfolio (Help to Buy) in Sydney to lead scheme operations, insights and governance for HTB. You will shape processes, manage lender relationships, monitor portfolio performance and drive risk-informed decision-making.

The role requires deep mortgage/finance experience, strong stakeholder leadership, and a collaborative, outcomes-focused mindset. A tertiary qualification in business or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential mortgage sector within financial services.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in government, combined with commercial expertise, will be highly regarded.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Scheme Operations and Insights - develop internal processes and operational Scheme requirements; manage incidents; drive continuous improvement.
• Lender and Stakeholder Management - maintain relationships with panel lenders.
• Portfolio Performance & Exposure Monitoring - use data-driven insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities; enhance reporting capabilities.
