Job summary

Randstad is seeking an experienced Assistant Accountant/Accountant (Accounts Receivable focus) to join a well established Western Sydney finance team on a 3 months temporary basis, with potential extension.

Based in Western Sydney with onsite parking and one day work-from-home, the role covers debt collection, posting receipts, intercompany allocations, and month-end duties, with Payroll tasks a bonus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in accounting/finance or equivalent experience.
• Experience in accounts receivable and payroll-related tasks.
• Experience with large ERP systems (Navision, SAP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Debtors collections and cash-flow improvement.
• Debtors posting and payment reviews.
• Intercompany allocations and reporting.
• Month-end duties and accruals, sales rebates.
• Assist with payroll-related tasks and payroll vendor projects.
