Job summary

Marshall Recruitment is seeking an Application Specialist with strong skills in Power Platform, D365, and Workato to support business-facing applications across the client portfolio.

3 days in the office and 2 days from home, with responsibilities including incident management, designing automations, and collaborating with process owners and analysts to translate requirements into practical configurations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years working with Applications support and hands-on experience administering, configuring and supporting applications such as Microsoft PowerPlatform, Workato, Pega, ServiceNow or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own services for a portfolio of applications, providing responsive functional and technical support and clear communication to users within D365, Workato and PowerPlatform.
• Manage incidents, service requests and problems from triage through resolution, meeting agreed service levels and eliminating recurring issues at root cause.
• Design, develop and implement business process automations using Workato and Microsoft PowerPlatform (PowerAutomate, PowerApps) and other relevant tools.
• Automate reporting workflows and surface meaningful KPIs that give leadership visibility into operational performance.
• Manage and administer the PowerPlatform and Azure environments, including security, configuration, and governance.
• Work with process owners and business analysts to understand needs, simplify ways of working and translate approved requirements into supportable configuration or low-code changes.
