Job summary

Marshall Recruitment is seeking an experienced Application Support professional to own day-to-day services for a portfolio of applications including D365, Power Platform and Workato. You will implement low-code automations, manage incidents, and ensure governance across Azure environments.

You will engage with business stakeholders, translate requirements into actionable configurations, and design KPI-driven reporting to support leadership decision-making.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in application support with hands-on admin of Power Platform, Workato or similar.
• Experience with APIs, data mapping and troubleshooting integrations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to present to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day application services for a portfolio of applications within D365, Workato and Power Platform.
• Manage incidents and service requests from triage to resolution, meeting SLAs.
• Design and implement automations using Workato and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Automate reporting workflows and surface KPIs for leadership visibility.
• Administer Power Platform and Azure environments including security and governance.
• Collaborate with process owners and analysts to translate requirements into configurations.

Job description

• Permanent role, looking for an individual with strong Application skills using Power Platform, D365 or Workato, and excellent stakeholder skills as its business facing.
• 3 days in the office, 2 from home.
• Suits someone who has worked in management consulting (big4), Financial Services (Ideally Wealth/Fund Management) or a similiar highly professional organisation.

Your responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day application services for a portfolio of applications, providing responsive functional and technical support and clear communication to users within D65, Workato and Power Platform
• Manage incidents, service requests and problems from triage through resolution, meet agreed service levels and eliminate recurring issues at root cause.
• Design, develop and implement business process automations using Workato and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and other relevant tools
• Automate reporting workflows and surface meaningful KPIs that give leadership visibility into operational performance
• Manage and administer the Power Platform and Azure environments, including security, configuration, and governance
• Work with process owners and business analysts to understand needs, simplify ways of working and translate approved requirements into supportable configuration or low-code changes.

About you:

• 3-5 years working with Application support and hands-on experience administering, configuring and supporting applications such as Microsoft Power Platform, Workato, Pega, ServiceNow or similar.
• Practical knowledge of APIs, authentication, data mapping, scheduled jobs and data flows, with the ability to monitor and troubleshoot integrations across multiple applications.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, you'll be advising non-technical business units and presenting upward to leadership.
