DuluxGroup is seeking a Power Platform & D365 Administrator to join our IT team in a hybrid Melbourne-based role. You will manage Power Platform, Dataverse, Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365 services, oversee environments, governance, and incident resolution.

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in Power Platform, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365 or Microsoft tenant administration.
Tertiary IT qualification; Microsoft Certifications preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across technical, product, platform and support teams.

Responsibilities

Administer Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365 services.
Manage environments, tenant settings, connectors, access, monitoring, lifecycle activities and data loss prevention.
Resolve incidents, service requests and operational escalations.
Support platform governance, lifecycle activities and documentation.
Improve administration through automation and standardisation.
Monitor licensing, capacity, consumption and operational risks.
