Job summary

Crop Shop Boutique (CSB) is seeking an experienced Production Manager to own end-to-end product development and supply chain management across global suppliers. You will partner with Design and Planning to deliver high-quality garments on time, while safeguarding margins, quality, and brand integrity.

You will lead PDLC, forecast seasonal production budgets, and optimise cost, speed-to-market, and sustainability. Hybrid role, with office and remote collaboration as required.

Qualifications

• Training in Fashion Design/Development or Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Design or similar.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a production manager role or similar.
• Experience dealing with offshore manufacturing suppliers.
• Experience leading and managing product development teams.
• Strong knowledge of product development process, garment construction, and local and offshore production supply chain management.
• Excellent understanding of garment specifications, product development and production process.
• Experienced with Photoshop, Illustrator and CAD.
• Activewear experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end production and supply chain optimisation across CSB’s global network.
• Own and enforce Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) and critical path adherence.
• Develop seasonal production budgets to manage costs and margins.
• Oversee bulk purchase orders and supplier QC partners to ensure DIFOT.
• Lead supplier capacity planning to match business growth.
• Source and onboard suppliers meeting CSB’s standards.
• Conduct annual supplier reviews and ensure ethical compliance.
• Identify and resolve production, quality or costing issues.
• Oversee fabric sourcing, development and testing.
• Maintain PLM data integrity with COO and teams.
• Drive process improvements like supplier scorecards and workflow digitisation.
• Track KPIs for production performance, savings, and quality.
• Present supplier performance reports to senior leadership.
• Mentor Garment Technician and Product Development teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
