Job summary

CSB Active is seeking a mid-level Fashion Designer to design and develop innovative activewear collections. You will translate brand strategy and market insights into compelling product ranges, collaborating with Product Development, Production, Merchandising, Marketing, and Creative teams to drive growth and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in fashion design or related discipline required.
• Experience in fashion or activewear design preferred.
• Understanding of CSB customer and market trends.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• CAD skills and strong technical drawing capability.
• Knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, fit, grading and manufacturing processes.
• Experience developing technical packs and managing sample development.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop seasonal and capsule collections across assigned categories.
• Create innovative, brand-aligned products balancing trend relevance and commercial viability.
• Translate market insights and brand strategy into compelling product concepts.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, colour palettes, prints, and collection stories.
• Ensure designs align with CSB brand aesthetic and commercial objectives.
• Present designs and collections to stakeholders and meet critical path deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Monitor global fashion trends to identify opportunities for CSB.
