Graymont (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Account Manager to service Agriculture, Stockfeed and Water & Wastewater sectors. The role is hybrid, based in the Melbourne Metropolitan Area with coverage across Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia.

You will develop new and existing client relationships, presenting technical and product information to customers as a proactive hunter. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet growth targets

Qualifications

• Experience in account management and B2B sales.
• Ability to analyze data and present trends.
• Experience with tendering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the tactical sales plan for the territory.
• Provide monthly sales forecasts within defined timelines.
• Collaborate with Graymont teams to grow the opportunity pipeline.
• Organise selling and promotional activities to meet budgets.
• Apply pricing policy and use Commercial Excellence tools.
• Meet budgets and generate new leads to increase market share.
• Provide insights into customer and market conditions.
