Job summary

NCG Air Conditioning in Australia is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operator to join our team. You will assist with receiving, storing, picking, packing and delivering air conditioning equipment and installation materials, while helping maintain accurate inventory records and a safe, tidy warehouse.

Conversational Mandarin and English skills are essential for communication with installers, suppliers and customers.

Qualifications

Mandarin and English language skills are required to communicate with installers, suppliers and customers.
Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment and follow WHS procedures.
Current Australian Driver Licence and physical fitness to lift and move equipment.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, store, pick, pack, and dispatch stock.
Prepare materials and equipment for installation jobs.
Load and unload delivery vehicles.
Deliver equipment and materials to job sites and customers when required.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stocktakes.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe.
Maintain warehouse tools and equipment and report any damage.
Follow all WHS procedures and assist with general warehouse and logistics duties.
Conversational Mandarin and English communication skills.
Current Australian Driver Licence.
Physically fit and able to safely lift and move heavy equipment.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
