Energypro in Brisbane is seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. You will perform maintenance, fault finding, and installation work across commercial sites, reporting to an HVAC Account Manager with 16 years of experience.

This role offers autonomy, stability, and a long-term career with a company that invests in its people. You must hold a QBCC Occupational Licence, Restricted Electrical Licence, and a current Driver's Licence, with 2–3 years of commercial

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in commercial HVAC service and maintenance
• Minimum 2-3 years of commercial HVAC service experience
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with compliance testing (fire/function testing, etc.)

• Conduct fault finding and repairs across a diverse range of equipment
• Assist with compliance testing, including full function fire tests

The Role

Reporting directly to our HVAC Account Manager with 16 years' experience, you'll be responsible for:

• Performing scheduled maintenance and servicing of commercial HVAC systems (including chilled and condenser water systems)
• Conducting fault finding and repairs across a diverse range of equipment
• Assisting with compliance testing, including full function fire tests
• Completing installation work across Commercial and Project divisions
• Contributing to continuous improvement and delivering outstanding client experiences

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and delivers results with professionalism and care. Ideally, you'll have:

• Proven experience in commercial HVAC service and maintenance
• A minimum of 2-3 years of commercial HVAC service experience is required
• Great attention to detail
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Experience with chilled and condenser water systems
• Basic exposure to chilled and condenser water systems is essential
• Familiarity with compliance testing (fire/function testing, etc.)

You must also hold:

• Qualified HVAC Technician with QBCC Occupational Licence
• Restricted Electrical Licence
• Current Driver's Licence

Please note: You must have full Australian work rights. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Bonus if you have:

• Installation experience or project-based HVAC background
• Previous experience in commercial or facilities environments
• Professional presentation and communication skills.
