Job summary

Daikin Australia is seeking a Technical Trainer / Advisor to deliver technical training and provide phone support on the Daikin product range from our Royal Park, SA base. Reporting to the National Technical Manager, you will develop course materials, manage logistics, present material, and assess learning outcomes while supporting technicians with fault-finding.

Qualifications

• HVAC trade qualification and/or degree in relevant Engineering.
• Strong passion to step into the training aspect of the HVAC industry.
• Excellent communication and ability to build rapport.
• Previous experience in Service Technician and/or Technical Advisor will be highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Develop suitable course material and presentations to achieve the required learning outcomes.
• Manage all logistics and administration required around program delivery.
• Present course material and conduct learning assessments as required
• Provide technical information and support Daikin’s product range to assist Technicians with fault-finding and problem solving.
• Enter all calls into the database with an outline of the problem / issue and the recommended course of action to the client.
