Job summary

Daikin Australia is seeking a Technical Trainer/Advisor to join the Training Academy in Royal Park, SA. You will develop course material, deliver training, and provide technical phone support across the Daikin product range.

Reporting to the National Technical Manager, you will manage logistics, conduct assessments and assist technicians with fault-finding. A HVAC trade qualification or relevant Engineering degree, plus strong communication, are essential.

Qualifications

• HVAC trade qualification or Engineering degree is required.
• Strong desire to move into training within HVAC.
• Excellent communication and ability to build rapport with technicians and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop suitable course material and presentations to achieve learning outcomes.
• Manage logistics and administration around program delivery.
• Present course material and conduct learning assessments.
• Provide technical information and support Daikin’s product range to assist technicians with fault-finding.
• Enter all calls into the database with a clear outline of the problem and recommended action.
