Job summary

Qualifications

• Trade qualification or formal apprenticeship in HVAC, air conditioning, refrigeration or a related mechanical field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in HVAC/refrigeration installation and maintenance roles.
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in a construction or trades environment.
• Sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements and best practices.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation, maintenance and repair teams on designated projects.

• Monitor project timelines, budgets and resource allocation to ensure efficient completion.
• Conduct daily safety briefings and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.

• Communicate regularly with clients regarding project progress, updates and any issues that arise.
• Order and manage materials and equipment required for projects.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including timesheets, work orders and project reports.
• Liaise with other contractors and stakeholders to ensure seamless project coordination.
