Johnson Controls is seeking a skilled Service HVAC Technician to join the Sunshine Coast team. Based on the Sunshine Coast, you will work across a diverse portfolio of commercial HVAC systems, supporting customers across various industries while enjoying a coastal lifestyle.

The role offers ongoing development, career progression within a global organisation, and exposure to advanced technologies including Chillers and BMS. A sign-on bonus is available and flexible work arrangements are provided.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification: Cert III Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.
• ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence (essential).
• Queensland Electrical Licence/Restricted Electrical Licence (essential).
• Proven experience in HVAC service and maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

Responsabilités

• Service, maintain, and repair a wide range of commercial HVAC systems.
• Diagnose faults and deliver practical, cost-effective solutions.
• Carry out scheduled and preventative maintenance activities.
• Install, commission, and optimise HVAC equipment and components.
• Complete accurate service reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with a highly skilled and supportive team.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with compliance requirements.
