Job summary

Total Ventilation Hygiene Pty is seeking an experienced HVAC & refrigeration Project Manager to lead industrial and commercial projects from planning through handover in Alice Springs. You'll balance technical delivery, safety, budgets and stakeholder relationships while guiding project teams across clients, suppliers and site personnel to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The role reports to the General Manager - Northern Territory and requires strong leadership, procurement, and contract

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering commercial or industrial HVAC, refrigeration or mechanical services projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial/industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, procurement and contract administration.
• Strong stakeholder management with clients, consultants and site teams.
• Excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical services, engineering or project management qualifications, or an equivalent trade background.
• A current Australian Driver’s Licence and unrestricted Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Managing HVAC, refrigeration and mechanical services projects from planning through to commissioning and handover.
• Coordinating project schedules, procurement activities and resources, including subcontractors, suppliers and site-based teams.
• Managing project budgets, forecasting and commercial performance.
• Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Overseeing testing, commissioning and project close-out activities.
• Managing project documentation, reporting and contractual requirements.
• Leading project teams to achieve safe, efficient and high-quality outcomes.
