Applied Mechanical Services (QLD) Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager on the Gold Coast to oversee delivery of heating, ventilation and air conditioning projects for a diverse client base across the construction industry. This role demands strong project leadership, effective client liaison and rigorous adherence to safety and quality standards.

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC project management experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and installation.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and contracts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in leading and motivating project teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage planning, scheduling and coordination of HVAC installation and maintenance projects.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and mitigate risks or issues that may arise.
• Ensure projects comply with building codes, safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare detailed project reports and documentation.
• Lead and motivate HVAC technicians and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of our HVAC project management processes.
