Job summary

Sunco Investco Pty Ltd t/a CoolParts Sunshine Coast is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our fast-moving HVAC-R wholesale team on the Sunshine Coast, QLD. You will coordinate project plans, schedules, procurement, and reporting to support wholesale and manufacturing activities.

This full-time role offers a generous salary between AU$75,000 and AU$90,000 plus superannuation, with the chance to implement process improvements and work across sales, warehouse and operations in a

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification or at least 3 years of full-time experience.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills across multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Sound problem-solving skills addressing timelines, procurement, and production.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).
• Practical understanding of project workflows in construction, HVAC, or manufacturing.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop project plans, schedules, and timelines.
• Monitor progress to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Prepare and update project documentation and reports.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and track orders.
• Liaise with internal teams to align project objectives.
• Engage with external suppliers to support timely delivery.
• Assist with budgets, forecasts, and management reporting.
• Maintain data integrity across PM systems and tools.
• Support ongoing improvement of project administration processes.
• Provide general admin support to senior management.
