Job summary

Fetch Recruitment is assisting a well-known Victoria HVAC contractor in Melbourne to hire an experienced Mechanical Project Manager. This role oversees mechanical projects from start to finish on major commercial schemes, with project values up to $30m.

You will manage budgets, schedules and resources, lead cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and build strong client and subcontractor relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a mechanical project manager delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, construction methods and project management software.
